new beers to try.. 1st beer...Warsteiner Octoberfest..smooth pale ale; a little flat, but not bitter at all. would go great with food, or in Das Boot. Get it while it lasts. def. better cold. 1 thumbs up.
2nd beer..Lowenbrau Original...imported form Munich..Very nice crisp taste, but mellow. good at room temp or cold! like a pbr, but with a nice apple-ish scent if drank from a pint glass. 2 tumbs up
3rd beer...Shiner Bock amber beer, crisp non fruity smell, very dry taste almost a tad bitter but in a good way. suprisingly light for the color. def a sipping beer at cold temp. 1 thumb
4th beer... Negra Modelo- from mexico...a darker pale ale...awesome smooth taste, bit fruity maybe apricot, but excellent, and a cool bottle to boot. 2 thumbs
5th beer... Carlsberg, from denmark. at this point i was getting a tad goofy, mixing all of the different tatses, but i think if i started with this beer I would say the same hting, it tasted shitty. straight up. I hate bitter skunky tatsing beer (heineken prime example). and it was just that, a shitty flat tasting heineken maybe a bit smoother becuase of the flat taste. 2 thumbs down. but hey if you liek heineken try it out!all for now, fear the beer
